DIRECTIONS

For best results:

• use the 1000W BLUE on ANSI rated M47 core & coil ballasts
• use the 600W BLUE on ANSI rated S106, HPS core & coil ballasts
• use the 400W BLUE on ANSI rated M59 core & coil ballasts
• or use on EYE HORTILUX electronic ballasts.

All three lamps can be used on most electronic ballasts. Make sure to match the wattage of the lamp with the wattage of the ballast

600W BLUE can be used in an open or enclosed fixture.

All three lamps operate in a horizontal ±15° burning position.

WARNING

This lamp can cause serious skin burn and eye inflammation from short-wave ultraviolet radiation if outer envelope of the lamp is broken or punctured. Do not use where people will remain for more than a few minutes unless adequate shielding or other safety precautions are used. Lamps that will automatically extinguish when the outer envelope is broken or punctured are commercially available.

• Turn power off before inspection, installation or removal.
• Protect lamp from direct contact with liquids to avoid breakage from thermal shock.
